Expertise
Where the depth actually is.
Owning the P&L
Full responsibility for revenue, margin and product strategy at business-head level — not advising on someone else's numbers.
Selling through others
A career built on channel partners. What makes a dealer commit to one manufacturer over another is the question of thirty years.
Both sides of the trade
Time inside the tractor majors and inside a specialist implement MNC — the two worlds small makers sell into without seeing either.
Taking product to market
Product development and positioning, not only distribution: deciding what a machine should be before deciding how to sell it.
Beyond the home market
Built and managed South East Asian markets alongside domestic ones, where Indian implement makers increasingly look next.
