Expertise
Where the depth actually is.
Creating a category
Took an Indo-German root crop venture from concept to commercial supply, in a market with no established segment for it.
Designing a channel
Appointed dealers into defined territory rather than accepting whoever came forward — the distinction most small makers never get to draw.
Competing as the challenger
Positioned against entrenched incumbents in premium horsepower, which is a question of where you fight, not how deep you discount.
Fixing the cash cycle
Re-engineered order-to-cash in a machinery business. For a seasonal manufacturer that constraint usually bites harder than demand.
Reading the machine
Agricultural engineering underneath a commercial career, so specification and failure modes are assessed before they become sales questions.
